An 84-year-old legend returns with a powerful farewell journey
At 84 years old, Sir Cliff Richard – whose voice carried generations from Summer Holiday to Devil Woman – is still not ready to stop. In 2025, he announced the “Can’t Stop Me Now” Tour, spanning Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom, marking his largest stage comeback in over a decade.
Tour schedule
The tour kicks off in October 2025 in Sydney, Australia, moving through Melbourne, Brisbane, and Auckland (New Zealand), before heading back to Europe with shows in London, Manchester, and Birmingham in late November and early December 2025. This may be Cliff’s final large-scale tour, as he himself admitted: “I can’t be 18 forever.”
Ticket sales & demand
Tickets sold out within hours in several cities. Prices range from £55 – £150 in the UK, and $120 – $300 in Australia/New Zealand. VIP packages – including meet & greets, premium seating, and exclusive merchandise – cost £350 – £500 and were quickly snapped up. Extra shows had to be added to meet overwhelming demand.
Songs to expect
Fans will enjoy a nostalgic setlist featuring hits from across his six-decade career, such as:
- The Young Ones
- Summer Holiday
- Devil Woman
- We Don’t Talk Anymore
- Miss You Nights
- Congratulations
Cliff also plans a festive touch in his UK shows with Christmas favorites like Mistletoe and Wine, a holiday anthem that remains beloved across Britain.
Special guests
Organizers hinted that several UK shows will feature younger pop stars who grew up influenced by Cliff. While names haven’t been officially revealed, rumors suggest Sam Smith or Olly Murs might join select performances, bridging the gap between generations.
The meaning of the tour
“Can’t Stop Me Now” is more than a tour title – it is a statement of defiance and passion. With over 250 million records sold worldwide, Cliff Richard proves that while age may slow the body, it cannot silence the spirit of music.
